My terrible poetry

Look, look, lots of people don’t write poetry because they think they aren’t good at it. Maybe they aren’t, but why does that mean that they shouldn’t write poetry?

I’ll admit it. My poetry sucks. I’d be surprised if anyone truly read any of it and truly enjoyed it. It doesn’t stop me from trying to write it.

There are many times where I see something, a moment in time, a leaf stuck on a wind chime, a full bottle of Coke cola laying in a cold puddle in an empty parking lot. Images that just scream “THERE IS A POEM THERE IF SOMEONE WOULD JUST WRITE IT”.

So yeah. I know this is supposed to be a food blog site. But hey, it’s my site, you don’t have to read my poems. I’m putting them in a different section. You can read them if you would like. Because I’m gunna write them. Just for me. They will be here though.
